Children in Year 3/4 delved into the rich history of the Enigma Code and the incredible scientist and mathematician, Alan Turing who, after many failed attempts, cracked the German secret code during World War II. We thought he was definitely a significant individual to be mentioned today!

This is one of my favourite parts of learning about WW2. Perhaps some expert Y3/4s could come and share their knowledge when Y5 and Y6 move onto their next topic: Britain at War.
