This week in science, pupils in Year 3/4 have been learning about the digestive system. The children have enjoyed using new vocabulary such as intestines, the stomach and the oesophagus to talk about the journey of their food as it moves through their bodies. They explored the process using plastic bags, orange juice and water to represent the stomach and tights to represent the small intestine. We enjoyed the hands on learning!
