We have done a lot of celebrating in Bees recently as the children share their achievements out of school. WM in Honeybees was the winner of a ‘Decorate the Easter Egg Competition’ and as a result, we all had a visit from one of the characters from the Snow White Pantomime at the Forum (19th-22nd April 2017). His name was Odd-Job and he even had an unexpected surprise for Mr Whiteley (video to follow).
Another piece of delightful news came from IC in Honeybees who took part in the Fountains 2km Fun Run on 1st April. She was raising money for the Butterwick Hospice charity and brought in an impressive medal to share her achievements. (Photo to follow)
Congratulations W! Have a wonderful time at the pantomime. It was great to hear from Mrs Quarmby that several of our children have got their egg designs on display in the Forum.
Such a surprise for everyone – Odd Job was made very welcome by the bees. Poor Mr Whiteley though – I’m afraid to say he reminded the children what pantomime characters do with any excess custard!
