Science this week was about finding out where animals get their nutrition from and why nutrition is important. We fed our school chickens and guinea pig. We collected the eggs and enjoyed letting the chicken sroam free and watching their behaviour. Children had 16 animal food samples. They had to decide which animal might get their nutrition from each sample. It was a fun and busy lesson!
