In science this week, year 5/6 have been looking at the life cycle of a frog. We discussed that because a frog begins its life as frog spawn, then develops into a tadpole, to a froglet and eventually a frog that this is a process called metamorphosis. We were then very excited to visit our schools wildlife area to see our own tadpoles. We decided they were not quite froglets as they had not grown legs yet. We are very excited to go look at them again after the half term to see how much they have grown!🐸
