Today we visited our forest school area to carry out a minibeast safari. We encouraged the children to look for minibeasts that wriggle, crawl or fly, looking under logs, leaves, stones and in leaf litter. We took tools and magnifying glasses to investigate all the nooks and crannies.
The children in Reception were so excited about what they’d found. What a brilliant afternoon!
