The Year 1 children have enjoyed using the app ‘ScratcJr’ this week in our computing session. The children used graphical programming blocks to make characters move, jump, shrink and disappear. Once the children had completed their code they could play the sequence to see the characters and objects come to life. Even though this task was very enjoyable, the children had to use their resilience skills to problem solve and think of solutions.
