Thank you to everyone who attended today. Thankfully we had enough pastries to share out! This was a great opportunity to discuss how we teach reading and phonics at Applegarth Primary School. I also highlighted how reading at home supports your child’s reading development.

What a fantastic session. Thank you Miss Miller, this has really helped look at phonics in more detail and realise the expectations in reception.
