Reception/KS1 Outside Area

Mrs Hobbs, Mrs Searle and Mr Searle spent the last day of the Easter holidays refreshing one of our outside spaces.  We now have artificial grass, a waterproof reading shelter and a new, handmade mud kitchen (thanks to Mrs Hobbs).  The area looks amazing and provides children with a fantastic learning space.

This week in Bees the children have loved being outside and using our brand new mud kitchen. They have also been fossil hunting and creating dinosaur worlds!

  1. That looks fantastic. I’m sure the children love it, we are lucky to have such dedicated people to support our children.

  2. Thanks for your comment. The staff (and partners) worked over the Easter holiday to create this area and it has really enhanced the corner. They haven’t stopped though ideas include some art work linked with nature on the walls with children working on it with Wendi.
It not only looks fabulous but will enable fabulous learning.
    Thank you!
