During gymnastics with Mr Scaife (sports coach) we made a routine out of balances and movements.Three characteristics of a good balance are hold for 3-5 seconds, strong-core and keep still (no wobbling). Ruby B

A great description of a well executed balance! 10/10
We are so lucky to have Mr Scaife come to school to deliver PE lessons for year 5/6. I see the children make some great progress and week on week more children have a willingness to learn and take part.
