Today, year 3 and 4 in Galileo class were learning about the digestive system and how it works. We were exploring what happened to food when we ate it. It was a little bit messy but lots of fun. We will be following up our learning by writing an explanation text including all the scientific vocabulary we have been learning.
Looking the children’s faces it’s very apparent that they were enthralled by what they were doing. A super, practical way to explain a complicated system! I’m sure you will all remember this lesson for a long time to come.
